Josh Murphy loves squattin’!

Joshua Murphy is a Level One CrossFit Coach (x2).  His first certification was at the original CrossFit Headquarters in Santa Cruz California (all the subject matter experts were there for three days of instruction).  He most recently attended the Level One course in 2009.  Joshua also holds certification/instruction in CrossFit Olympic Lifting, Nutrition, Endurance, Strongman, and many other non-CrossFit seminars and certifications.  He has a background in lifelong athletics with a foundation in football and martial arts (primarily Muay Thai).  Joshua is CrossFit Triple Threat’s Strength Coach and can be found during off hours trying to lift all the weights in the box.

John Wopat has been CrossFitting since 2006. He is a certified Level 1 CrossFit trainer and has also been certified in Crossfit Powerlifting andCrossfit Strongman. In addition to Crossfit seminars, he has participated in courses in Olympic lifting and kettlebells. In 2011, John competed in the CrossFit Games in Los Angeles as a Masters athlete in the 60+ division.  Before he became involved with CrossFit, he was a nationally ranked age group triathlete, finished the German Ironman in 1991 & 1993 and the Ironman World Championship at Kona, Hawaii in 1991 & 1994. He can be found in flip flops all over the world picking up large heavy objects to impress his wife, Joyce.

THEY LIKE GPP!

Sean Webber, owner of CrossFit Triple Threat, is a CrossFit Level 1 instructor. Sean also has his CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Kids and Training Room Kettlebell certifications. Sean was a competitive ski racer who attended Green Mountain Valley school for  Super G, Downhill and Nordic ski jumping. Sean continues to participate in adventure racing, triathlons and local running races. In his spare time, he teaches and preaches to his three young daughters about GPP, (general physical preparedness), loves trail running and mountain biking in Hartshorne Woods, kite surfing off Sandy Hook and surfing wherever and whenever he can.
