Due to the athletes attending the Civilian Military Combine event in PA tomorrow May 19, 2012, the following changes have been made to the schedule:

6:30 am CrossFit Class Only
9:30 am CrossFit Class Only

There will be no other classes,
NO CROSSFIT KIDS on May 19, 2012
No Crossfit Intro Class at 10:30am, NO 8:30 AM CLASS AND NO OPEN GYM.

The regular Saturday schedule will return on May 26, 2012.

OK Kids here is the deal, the race is much shorter than I originally understood. Matt Kelleher the races co-founder said we should be done with the race in about an hour and 40 minutes. The Judges in the pit will be there to scale weights and want people to be able to finish the race so they will be keeping people from over doing it. The start times you received will change but not my much we will be getting launched mid day, probably around 12:15 I will have a final time this afternoon once I send in the list. he said we can figure on being done by 2:00. The after party is going to be a big deal, but still very family oriented . The mountain will have some water slides and zip lines for the family members and that there will be a ton of vendors and such in the ski areas village. I am thinking we should aim to leave the box at 8:30 and to be back around 5? If the race seems interesting to you and your on the edge you can still register until noon on saturday under our code CFTT25 this will still give you 25% off and they can still group you with us.
